You have not ended your last session properly and therefore your mailbox is temporarily locked. Attempts to delete or move your messages during the lockout will result in the above server error.  The lock will disappear after a timeout period of 45 mins, at which time full functionality will be restored to your mailbox.  You will be able to read, receive, and send messages during the lockout.  Please ensure that you use the 'Logout' link within WebMail when ending your session.

When people send me mail, it is rejected or bounced because I have exceeded my quota. What should I do?

Each user is assigned a disk quota on the server. If your quota is exceeded, you will be notified by the system administrator. You will need to permanently delete messages to gain back disk space . You have a 100MB limit.

What happened to my incoming mail if I have exceeded the mail quota?

The incoming message will be 'bounced' back to the sender with an error message indicating your mailbox quota has been exceeded. You will be able to receive email when you have permanently deleted email to free disk space.

You can setup rules to filter incoming mail from unwanted people or places.

Select Rules, then click Add. Under the Rule Conditions, choose 'From address' and click Next. In the 'IF From filed enter the email address or @domain you wish to block then click Next. Now select the 'Delete (Purge) Msg' Action, click Next. Finally Click Apply to activate the Rule. Now when this person or place sends you email they are automatically deleted on delivery!

When you right-click on the attachment WebMail will display the image in the current window. At this point you can click the 'Go' menu and select 'Back'. This will return you to your session. Alternatively don't right-click on the attachment but rather left-click and open the attachment in a new window.

After clicking the Send button, I'm presented with the same screen I get when I log out. What happened and was my email sent?

If you see the logout screen and you did not log out, it means your session timed out. That is, you took longer to compose your message than the predefined time-out period allows. The bad news is that your email is lost; the good news is that you can change the amount of time WebMail waits before timing-out your session. You can change the time-out period in the Preferences.
