the option Connect to the Internet

the option Connect using a dial-up modem

- Type
niinet.net in the ISP name
field
- Click
Next
- Type
the phone number for the niinet.net
dialup in your area.
- Click
Next
- If
this computer is used for multiple users,
determine if you will make the connection
available to all users, or just the current
user. The default selection is Anyone’s
use.
- Click
Next
- Enter
your username and password
in the fields, exactly as it appears in
your welcome kit.
- Check
the option Make this the default internet
connection.
- Uncheck
the option Turn on Internet Connection
Firewall for this connection.
- Click
Next
- Select
the option Add a shortcut to this connection
to my desktop
- Click
Finish
To
setup your email account, refer to the Outlook
Express instructions.
- Open
Outlook Express
- Select
Tools
- Select
Accounts
- Click
the Mail tab
- Click
the Add button and choose Mail
- In
the Internet Connection Wizard:
- Enter
your name in the Display name field.
This can be anything you like. Type it in
as you would like it to appear.
- Click
Next
- Enter
your email address in the E-mail address
field (username@niinet.net).
- Click
Next
- Select
POP3 as the incoming mail server.
- Enter
mail.niinet.net in the Incoming
mail(POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server field.
- Enter
mail.niinet.net in the outgoing mail (SMTP)
server field.
- Click
Next
